Live group coaching for a month following the Spring 2022 Masterclass group.
General plan:
– Students will create a goal and a plan for the 4-weeks (many will choose to stick to macros), and post weekly updates on their progress. Additional data analysis will be available for those interested.
– EC will answer questions in the community app (2x/day) as well as hold 1-2 live sessions a week (depending on group size) to answer questions in detail. All similar to the Masterclass!
– Access information for the community app will be provided a few days before kick-off on May 22.
