When does the course start and finish?
The course starts when you enroll. It's a 6-week program with diet changes starting on Day 2 (after an introduction & instructional videos!). If you fall off the schedule, you can always come back and complete it at your own pace.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as it exists on Teachable - across any and all devices you own.
Do I need anything to get started?
For those that really want to be precise, a digital kitchen food scale is recommended. However, you are not required to weigh and measure foods; strategies for estimating portions are given throughout the program.
Is there any info on performance?
For most people, improvements in weight and health translate to improvements in overall fitness as well. In addition, there are two bonus videos regarding protein intake and carb/fat fueling specifically geared towards the fitness-minded. Finally, EC has significant experience working for a major global fitness brand and can assist with performance-based questions.
