Get daily emails for 30-days full of instructions, tips, and education to make eating 800 grams of fruits and veggies each day an easy feat. For those that want to score themselves in a formal challenge, a point system is included.
1) YOUR "30-DAY CHALLENGE" STARTS TWO DAYS AFTER COURSE PURCHASE (e.g., If you purchase on a Sunday, Day 1 of 30 is on a Tuesday).
2) You also get a copy of the #800gChallenge® Official Guide with purchase. This comes on "Day 1" of the Challenge (which is the 3rd day after you signed up).
3) You have access to all content after it is dripped to you. Every day, you get an email at 3PM UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) with that day's info. Once that email is received, you can log in and see that day (and attachments) and any prior days. But you cannot log in to look ahead.
